Business Hub OS has two operators: Anton Hocking and me. We are partners in Manifestic, the company behind the platform, and we split the work the way we split it in everything we have built together.
Anton is out front. He talks to owners, learns how their businesses actually run, and designs the system each one needs. I am underneath, building the platform side: the websites, the CRM wiring, the AI agents, and the automations that keep the whole thing moving when nobody is watching.
Why we work this way
Most owners piece their business together from separate vendors. A web designer who never sees the CRM. A phone service that never talks to the calendar. Tools bought, installed, and abandoned. We decided early that our clients would never have to be the glue between their own tools.
So one partnership plans it, builds it, and manages it. When something needs to change, there is no ticket disappearing into a vendor queue. There are two people who know the system end to end, and both of us are accountable for the result.
What that means for a client
You get a person who understands your business and a person who understands the machinery, working from the same picture. The strategy and the build never drift apart, because they were never in different companies to begin with.
That is the whole idea behind the full service: every part of your business, connected, run by people who built the connection.
