The Automations That Started It

Before there was a company, there were side projects: AI that sold on Marketplace, kept prices current, and planned trips. They are what pulled Anton into AI.

People usually assume Anton found AI first and brought me along. It went the other way around.

Before Business Hub OS existed, I was building AI automations for my own life. Selling on Facebook Marketplace, with the listing work and the follow-up handled by an assistant instead of by me at midnight. Repricing, kept current without me babysitting spreadsheets. Trip planning, researched and organized end to end. Practical problems, solved by practical systems.

Anton saw what those automations were doing and got it immediately: if a personal assistant could run pieces of my life that reliably, the same approach could run pieces of a business. That is what pulled him into AI, and it is where this company actually started.

Small systems, real work

None of those projects were demos. They did real work, on real accounts, with real money and real plans attached. That is the standard everything we build still has to meet. An automation that only works in a screenshot is not an automation, it is a picture of one.

It is also why we build the way we do now. Start with one painful, repetitive job. Automate it properly. Prove it in the real world. Then connect it to the next one, until the business is running on a system instead of on somebody's memory.

The Marketplace seller and the business owner buried in follow-up have the same problem. One of them just met it first.
